Made from low carbon steel wire, our gabions are manufactured in strict accordance with the BS1052: 1986 standard, ensuring precision and accuracy. The wire is processed using advanced machinery and equipment, and undergoes electro-galvanization, hot dip galvanization, coating, dip, or Galfan processes for surface passivation and plastics processing.

Our Welded Gabion is designed for easy installation. Compared to hexagonal units, our gabions hold their shape better and do not bulge out when filled. This makes handling and installation quick and hassle-free, resulting in up to 40% less installation time compared to hex type gabions. With diaphragms and stiffeners already installed, the gabion can be easily filled using standard loading equipment. Once filled, simply place the lid on top and secure it with spiral binders, lacing wire, or "C" rings.
