Manufactured by Anping County Xinlu Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd., the SS Johnson wedge wire screen pipe is meticulously crafted with a v or wedge-shaped wire wrapped around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded, ensuring durability and reliability.
The v or wedge-shaped profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen, creating a continuous slot opening. This design allows water or oil to enter your well freely in ample quantities while effectively keeping sand and gravel out of the well, ensuring optimal performance.
