The Welded gabion is manufactured using high-quality low carbon steel wire, following the strict guidelines of the BS1052: 1986 standard. It undergoes precise and accurate processing using automated machinery and equipment for welding. The surface is then treated using processes such as electro-galvanization, hot dip galvanization, coating, dip, or Galfan to ensure passivation and plastic processing.

The Welded gabion box is assembled by forming the front and rear panels, floor, and partitions, which are then compressed and packaged together with the network cover using spiral binding wire. Each gabion is an independent entity and should be stored in a dry environment. Field installation is quick and easy, with installation time being up to 40% less than hex type gabions. After filling the gabion, a lid is placed on top and secured with spiral binders, lacing wire, or "C" rings.
