Our Gabion box/PVC Coated Gabion box/Gabion basket/Gabion, manufactured by Anping County Xinlu Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd., is constructed from double-twisted hexagonal wire mesh. It is available in various materials such as hot dipped galvanized steel wire, zinc and aluminum alloy coated steel wire, and PVC coated steel wire.

These gabion structures are designed to be filled with stones on-site, creating flexible, permeable, and monolithic solutions for erosion control projects like retaining walls, channels, and weirs. The inclusion of selvedge wire on the mesh panel edge enhances structural reinforcement.

Each Gabion box is divided into cells by diaphragms placed at 1m intervals. The wire is heavily zinc coated and can be PVC coated for additional protection. Customers can also opt for stainless steel wire based on special orders. The standard size offered is 2m in length, 1m in width, and 1m in height, with adjustable wire diameters to suit different project requirements.
