These filter elements are particularly suitable for low maintenance applications and are fabricated from fine mesh slot opening stainless steel wedge wire panels. They can be re-used multiple times and provide precise filter ratings ranging from 30 to 80 microns. Our filter elements are available in the form of tubes, panels, filter cylinders, bags, and special filter elements. They are made by welding profile wire on every connection spot.
We use a variety of materials for our filter elements, including low carbon Q195 Q235, stainless steel grades 201, 205, 321, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, non-magnetic stainless steel grades 201, 205, 205B, duplex stainless steel 2205, 2207, Hastelloy alloys C, and titanium alloy. The stainless steel material and special welding structure of our filter elements ensure excellent filtration properties.
Our filter elements can be connected using circumferentially welded beveled rings, male and female threaded connections (API STC BSP, etc.), or flanges.
