The Precise Punched Continuous Slot Wire Wrapped Screen Pipe primarily comprises a perforated base pipe, a stainless steel filtration jacket with meticulously punched slots, and a backup ring. The base pipe adheres to API casing or API tubing standards, featuring numerous drilled holes. Crafted from premium stainless steel, the filtration jacket boasts a high-density array of spatial slots achieved through precision digital punching. This jacket is seamlessly welded onto the perforated base pipe via the backup ring. During application, the formation sand is effectively blocked from entering the filtration jacket, while formation fluid effortlessly flows through the slots, ensuring robust sand control. For enhanced protection, an optional outer protective shroud can be added to the filtration jacket.
