Our Welded Gabion is made of high-quality low carbon steel wire, manufactured in strict accordance with the BS1052: 1986 standard. Through automated and precise processing machinery, the wire is welded row after forming. The gabion then undergoes various processes such as electro-galvanization, hot-dip galvanization, coating, dip, or Galfan to ensure surface passivation and plastic processing.
Unlike hexagonal units, our Welded Gabion holds its shape better and does not bulge out when filled. It is easy to handle, resulting in more work, less labor, and higher productivity. The gabion is quick and easy to install in the field, with installation time up to 40% less than hex-type gabions. With diaphragms and stiffeners already installed, the gabion can be filled using standard loading equipment. Once filled, a lid is placed on top and secured with spiral binders, lacing wire, or "C" rings.
