The wire wrapped of stainless steel pipe materials: 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel wire.
The profile wire stainless steel pipe screen is meticulously crafted by wrapping a profile wire cylindrical around longitudinally placed support rods. Every wire and rod is resistance welded at each point of contact, ensuring robustness and durability.
The vast array of combinations for profile wires and support rods, coupled with the extensive range of apertures between them (fixed or variable), enables us to design a screen tailored to your technical or cosmetic specifications.
V-Shaped Slots: Openings shaped like a 'v' that open towards the inside of the well efficiently allow particles slightly smaller than the slot width to pass through. In other slot shapes, these particles would typically get caught, causing clogs.
Continuous Slots:Our special design provides continuous slot openings across the entire periphery and length of the screen, enhancing its efficiency.
Very Large Open Area: The continuous slot design significantly increases the open area for water entry, more than doubling that of conventional slotted pipes. This allows more water to enter with much less frictional head loss, thereby appreciably improving tube well efficiency.
Better Sand Filtration: Our specialized manufacturing process offers a wide range of slot openings, down to 0.15mm, ensuring optimal slot selection based on sand size in different areas. This results in better sand control, reduced pump maintenance, and extended tube well life.
Energy Saving:Reduced frictional head losses and increased discharge significantly lower the pump load, resulting in power savings of approximately 20-25% when pumping the same quantity of water.
Characteristics:The welded stainless steel wire wrapped pipe screen is composed of rods andprofile wire. The rod can be round wire, triangular wire, or trapezoid wire. The profile wire is triangular wire (V-shaped wire). This type of pipe screen boasts a structured design with a high open area and precise slot dimensions. Additionally, it offers excellent heat resistance, anti-corrosive properties, robust mechanical capability, longevity, safety, and reliability. It is suitable for filtering in various mediums.
