The slotted screen resin trap consists of rods and warp, with the rod available in round, triangular, or trapezoid shapes to suit specific needs.
The warp is constructed from V-shaped (triangular) wire, enhancing the trap's robust structure and providing a large open area and precise slot dimensions. The wedge wire resin trap boasts numerous advantages: heat resistance, anti-corrosion, excellent mechanical properties, long service life, safety, reliability, and versatile filtering capabilities.

Typical materials of construction would be type 304 or 316 stainless steel for the screen element and the housing, or for severe conditions, we suggest that a high nickel alloy such as C-276 be considered throughout. Optionally, in less severe environments, carbon steel may be chosen for the housing and connection flanges, with coating of the interior of the housing with epoxy an additional option.
