Screen Laterals
At Anping County Xinlu Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd., we offer a variety of high-quality wedge wire screen laterals for media retention. Our screen laterals provide a high open area, evenly spaced slots, and excellent pressure resistance. They are available in both header laterals and hub laterals, and are built with durable stainless steel materials.
Hub laterals consist of 4 or 6 arms radiating outward from a central hub, resembling wheel spokes. These wedge wire laterals are made of premium stainless steel grades 304 or 316L. The slot opening sizes range from 0.1mm to 10mm. Our wedge wire distributors have flanges welded to each lateral arm, ensuring excellent flow pressure resistance and durability.

Header laterals feature a number of side arms arranged in a herringbone pattern along the central header pipe. These arms are wedge wire screen laterals, typically made of premium stainless steel grades 304 and 316L. Header laterals are commonly used in pressure vessels for material retention and flow control, along with other vessel internals. They provide maximum flow distribution and excellent resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures.
