Wedge Wire screen cylinders are expertly engineered with slot openings and wires that can either run radially on the outside or axially on the inside of the cylinder. Manufactured in diverse diameters ranging from 1/2" pipe size to a substantial 35" diameter, these cylinders cater to varied filtration requirements.
Our Screen cylinders (above right) are designed for larger diameters, ensuring each intersection of wedge wire and support rod is welded for maximum strength and durability. By utilizing various combinations of wedge wire and support rods, we tailor the optimal screen design. Rotary Screens predominantly employ wedgewire for their screening media.
The externally fed unit features a spiral wound wedgewire screen drum measuring 36" OD x 120" long, perfect for extensive filtration applications.
