Our water well screens are manufactured using our in-house developed machinery. A continuous length of triangular profile wire is fusion welded onto support rods, creating a continuous slot opening. This design offers several advantages:

  1. Increased Open Area: The continuous slot opening provides greater access to the water-bearing zone (aquifer).
  2. Clog-Free Design: The "V" shaped profile wire prevents clogging and ensures uninterrupted flow.
  3. Efficient Well Development: The continuous slot opening promotes uniform and efficient well development.

Technical Details:

  • Material: Low Carbon Q195 Q235, Stainless Steel Grade 201 205 321 304 304L 316 316L, Stainless Steel No Magnetic 201 205 205B, Duplex Stainless Steel 2205, 2207, Hastelloy Alloys C, Titanium Alloy.
  • Slot Size: Ranging from 0.010" to 0.10".
  • Diameter: Available in sizes from 1" to 20" (29mm-1000mm).
  • Length: Standard lengths of 2.9m and 5.85m, with a maximum length of 20ft.
  • Connection Methods: Circumferentially welded beveled rings, male and female threaded (API STC BSP, etc.), flange.
