Our wire-wrapped stainless steel strainer pipe is manufactured using high-quality stainless steel wires, including 302, 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. This pipe screen is created by wrapping a profile wire cylindrical around longitudinal support rods, with all wires and rods resistance welded at each point of contact.
 

The combination of various profile wires and support rods, along with a wide range of aperture options (fixed or variable), allows us to design a screen that meets your technical or cosmetic specifications.
 

Key Features:

1. V-Shaped Slots: The openings shaped like a "v" allow particles just smaller than the width of the slot to pass through, preventing clogging.
2. Continuous Slots: Our special design ensures continuous slot openings across the periphery and length of the screen.
3. Very Large Open Area: With more than twice the open area of conventional slotted pipes, our design allows for improved water entry and reduced frictional head loss.
4. Better Sand Filtration: Our wide range of slot openings, down to 0.15mm, enables proper slot selection based on the sand size in a specific area, resulting in better sand control, reduced pump maintenance, and longer tube well life.
5. Energy Saving: Reduced frictional head losses and increased discharge lead to lower power requirements, resulting in energy savings of around 20-25%.

Characteristics: Our welded stainless steel wire-wrapped pipe screen consists of rods and profile wire. The rod can be round, triangular, or trapezoid wire, while the profile wire is triangular (V-shaped). This type of pipe screen offers a high open area, accurate slot dimensions, and excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, machine capability, durability, safety, and reliability. It is suitable for various medium filtering applications.
