Slot tubes are welded structures with support profiles as rods in the axial direction of the tube and surface profiles spirally wound around the support profiles. Manufactured directly on a machine, slot tubes offer very accurate, narrow slot openings and perfect roundness. They can be provided with end pieces for attachments and reinforcements.

Standard Constructions:

The designation of a slot tube describes its construction as follows: Surface wire / support wire x number of support wires. Example: 12S/Q25 x 8.

Reversed Profile:

Normal construction allows for flow out to in filtration, but flow-in-to-out constructions are possible. This construction can be used as a support tube for another filter medium, increasing the open area.

Variable Slot Opening:

For special purposes, variable slot openings are possible for all diameters.

Continuous Cylinders:

By using multiple support profiles, an axial slot can be obtained, creating continuous cylinders for filtration solutions.
