Wedge wire screens are created by wrapping a V-shaped profile wire around longitudinal support rods, ensuring a well-welded intersection at each point. This construction provides a smooth surface, resistance to clogging, and excellent structural strength. We offer a variety of shapes, including cylindrical, semi-cylindrical, flat panel, tubes and baskets, conical, arc filters, and more. The filtration direction can be from outside to inside or from inside to outside, depending on your design needs.

We use high-quality materials such as varnished low carbon steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel (AISI 304, 321, 316, 316L) for our wedge wire screens. These materials offer excellent chemical and thermal resistance, making them suitable for high temperatures and pressures.
Our wedge wire screens feature profile wire lengths of up to 3000mm and support rod wire lengths of up to 5000mm. The standard spacing between support rods ranges from 25mm to 300mm or more. The slot opening width is highly accurate and can range from 0.025mm to 20.0mm, with tight dimensional tolerances of ± 0.015mm.
