Filter Construction:
Round wires are used for the ribs, with the diameter and number determined by the required strength and screen size. Wedge Vee - Keystone-shaped wire is utilized for the wrap wires, which are helically wrapped around the preset vertical rib wires. Each point of contact is welded using a proprietary procedure by Anping County Xinlu Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. The keystone shape of the wrap wire creates "V" shaped openings between wraps, enabling self-cleaning action and reducing flow friction.
