Xinlu's V-Wire design continuous slot wedge wire screen offers maximum open area and minimum plugging for optimal performance.
 

Our Type 304 stainless steel wedge wire screen features a tapered opening that becomes progressively wider towards the interior of the well screen. This unique design ensures a non-plugging opening, unlike traditional mesh construction, with only two contact points to retain sand particles. This increases efficiency and lowers entrance velocity.
 

Using state-of-the-art computer-controlled machinery, we manufacture our stainless steel wedge wire well screens by fusion welding a continuous length of profile wire with a triangular section into support rods. The 'V' shaped profile wire is wound around the support rods along the entire length of the screen, creating a continuous slot opening.
