Our screen is supported by a rebar on the outside, providing excellent rigidity and strength, making it suitable for use in vane cylinders where rotary vanes generate significant shearing forces.
 

Each cylindrical extruder screen is constructed by welding wedge wire (also known as vee-wire or profile wire) in a circular manner around support rods. The slot opening of the screen gradually increases inwardly, ensuring non-clogging performance. With a 0.3mm tolerance for the internal diameter, our cylindrical screen provides a tight fit in customer extruder barrels, eliminating friction between the rotary parts and the screen. Additionally, our screen can achieve a high degree of filter accuracy ranging from 0.1mm to 10mm.
