Our wedge wire screen cylinders can be designed with slot openings and wires running radially on the outside surface of the screen cylinder or positioned axially on the inside of the cylinder. We manufacture screen cylinders in various diameters, ranging from 1/2" pipe size to 35". Larger diameter screen cylinders can also be fabricated upon request. Each intersection of wedge wire and support rod is welded for enhanced strength and durability. We offer various wedge wire and support rod combinations to ensure optimal screen performance.
Rotary screens commonly utilize wedge wire as the screening media. Our externally fed unit features a spiral wound wedge wire screen drum measuring 36" OD x 120" long.
